Shipping

We make use of reliable door-to-door couriers within South Africa only. Shipping is calculated at checkout when ordering or a formal quote may be requested for bulk deliveries. All orders can be tracked using the courier company’s waybill number. For assistance in tracking your parcel, please feel free to contact us on info@onlinewineclub.co.za

 

All orders are deemed to have been successfully received once signed for and a proof of delivery can be obtained on request if required.

Returns

 

We measure success by the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order or have a complaint regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought through the e-commerce facility please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order at info@onlinewineclub.co.za

Conditions of Return

​

Buyers are responsible for return shipping and re-stocking costs to a maximum of 30% of the total order value unless the product was damaged on arrival. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

 

  • Custom or personalized orders 

  • Items on sale

Refunds

​

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days if payment has already been received. Refunds will only be processed upon receiving your returned shipment.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider's standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Vine Culture refunds to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase. If payment was received by other means, Vine Culture will transfer the refund via EFT.

 

Returned or cancelled orders are subject to dispatch and return shipment charges. These charges are to be paid by customer, also know as “the user” or “buyer”.
